“We did not build a startup. We built what units were asking for — and then discovered they needed it in thousands, not dozens.”
In 2022 the first detector was assembled in a garage because there was nothing to buy. By 2023 it was a serial product, by 2026 it carries a NATO stock number. Nothing about that path was strategy — it was a feedback loop running faster than a procurement cycle. That loop is the only thing we would defend as a durable advantage: a competitor can copy a specification in a year, but not the distance between an operator’s complaint and a design change.

First detector
Assembled by hand because nothing suitable was available to buy. Twelve units in the first month.

Serial production
SMT line commissioned. The product stops being a prototype and starts having a lead time.

EW and airframes
Jamming systems, FPV and UGV added. The catalogue becomes a chain, not a product.

Codification track
Test protocols, CE and RED, quality system. The paperwork that turns capability into procurement.

NATO stock number
Codification assigned. EDIP eligibility confirmed. Export contour opens.
